Btw I get it, I shouldn't be too influenced by the shows, comics or mangas I read... Maybe it cos I read somewhere that seeing how your favourite authors do their work can be helpful to you.
Indeed. There is something to be learned from the great, but you always want to be as original as possible. What I do is try to take an idea and spin it until it's similar in nature, but holistically it's different. My drawing style is based after some of my favorite types of art, plus a little manga from when I first started out. It's mostly in the eye you can see my leftover manga skills. Haha.

Mhm, I see I kinda try that too, but some rather noticable similarities can be spotted... But I like the current story it simple and straighforward. The organization seeks and maintains peace in a vast planet known as Worra and it has the coolest members out there, that's a simple concept, huh?
Yeah, it's simple all right. But what's going to make your story stand out from any other story about protecting the peace. Why will people want to read your story over something like Fairy Tails? I'm not asking you to make a gimmick, but there need to be something (Your world, characters, plot sequence, etc) to stand out and scream Awale.
